EssayOnTime.org is operated by PVexperts (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). EssayOnTime is the name of the service we run on it. These Terms and Conditions are the agreement between you and us whenever you use the website, open an account or place an order, and placing an order means you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not order.
EssayOnTime offers custom academic writing, editing, proofreading and related help. The work is done by freelance writers and delivered electronically. Every paper we deliver is a model paper, written as a reference for your own research and study.
The Terms come in three parts. Your part covers what you do as a customer. Our part covers what we do in return. The fine print covers the rules that apply to both of us.
Your part
Your account
You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live. Each person may hold one account. Keep your contact details accurate. We need a working email address and a phone number, because your writer may have an urgent question. Keep your login details private, because you are responsible for everything done under your account.
Your instructions
Your writer works from what you put in the order form, so make your instructions clear and complete. You choose the paper type, the academic level and the deadline. The writer works to the level set on the order at the moment they are assigned, so if you spot a mistake in any of these choices, tell support at once.
Once a writer is assigned, a change that goes beyond your original instructions counts as editing. Editing is a paid extra, not a free revision.
We may decline an order, or ask you to resubmit it, if its details do not match what the order describes, for example a dissertation chapter placed as a short essay. Correcting the details may change the price.
Your sources, on schedule
Your writer may use any relevant source unless you name the ones to use or to avoid. If the paper depends on specific material, such as lecture notes, a set textbook or a data file, send it early. Your instructions and all your sources should reach us within:
- the first 8 hours of the order, when the deadline is 48 hours to 10 days;
- the first hour, when the deadline is 12 to 24 hours;
- the first 20 minutes, when the deadline is under 12 hours.
For any other deadline, send everything as early as you can. Materials that arrive late may move your deadline.
Your payment
We start work only when the order is paid in full. If support asks you for an extra payment, for a longer paper, a higher academic level or a shorter deadline, make it promptly. Until it arrives the order may be delayed, and you are not compensated for that delay.
You pay the prices shown on the website at the time you order. We may change our prices for future orders. Prices do not include any bank, currency conversion or international fees that your bank charges you.
Card payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and we never see your full card number. Depending on the order, your payment may be processed by one of several billing companies, so the name on your card statement may differ from the name of this website. If a payment fails with one processor, we may offer you another. Payments are authenticated with 3-D Secure or your bank’s equivalent.
Enter any discount code before you pay. A code cannot be added once the order is paid, and codes cannot be combined with each other or with other offers unless the offer says otherwise.
You are responsible for the security of your own card and account. Using someone else’s card without permission is a crime, and we report it.
Verifying a payment
To fight fraud, we may ask you to verify a payment, for example with a screenshot of our charge in your online banking. You may hide your other transactions. Whatever you send is used only for the verification and is deleted once it is done. If verification holds up the work, we set a new deadline when it is complete. We may cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if you do not cooperate with verification.
Checking your messages
The message thread in your account is the official channel for your order. Check it regularly. Support or your writer may have a question only you can answer, and a question left without a reply can hold the work up. We may also contact you by email, and by phone or messaging app if you have given us those details.
Asking for revisions in time
Read the paper soon after it arrives. A free revision must be requested within 14 days of the first delivery, or within 30 days for dissertations, theses, research proposals, dissertation chapters and other large assignments. After that window, revisions are paid. A quality complaint that could lead to a refund has a shorter window of 72 hours from delivery.
How you use the paper
The paper is a model for your research and study. You decide how to use it, and you are responsible for following the rules of your school, college or university. If you draw on it in your own work, reference it as you would any other source.
Our part
Writing to your instructions
A freelance writer writes your paper for your order, following the instructions, paper type, academic level and deadline you set. You can ask to see a draft, but on deadlines of 3 to 48 hours we cannot promise one.
You can also ask for a preferred writer. We may decline for reasons of quality or reliability, and if we do, we tell you why. If you insist on that writer anyway, we are not responsible for the quality of their work or for their lateness.
Originality and plagiarism reports
Every paper is written from scratch for its order. Our writers are freelancers and their work is checked, but small incidental matches with existing texts can still occur. A plagiarism report is an optional paid extra, and you get one report per order, not one per revision. Editing, proofreading and formatting are done on your own text, so we cannot promise that text is free of plagiarism.
Delivery by your deadline
The deadline you choose is the target for the first delivery, and we work to meet it. Your account shows how the order is progressing, for example whether it is awaiting payment, in progress, completed, in revision, on hold or canceled. The labels you see may be worded differently.
If we expect a delay, we tell you, and you may object in writing. A delay you accepted is not a ground for compensation.
The finished paper is uploaded to your account, and we may email it to you as well. Not downloading a delivered paper is not a ground for a refund. The deadline applies to the first delivery; revisions have their own timing.
Revisions
Within the revision window, we revise your paper free of charge so that it matches your original instructions. The request has to stay within those instructions. Anything new, such as a different topic or extra pages, is either editing, which is paid, or a new order. Our quality team may decline or limit revision requests that change the original requirements or amount to abuse.
Refunds and store credit
Send any cancellation or refund request in writing, through your account messages or by email to support. What you get back depends on how far the order has gone.
- Before a writer is assigned, you get a full refund.
- Once a writer is assigned and the work is in progress, you can get a refund or store credit of up to 60%, depending on the time elapsed and the urgency of the order.
- If the order is on hold and the writer has not finished, you can get up to 60%, depending on how much of the work is done.
- If you edit the order details before completion and the price goes down, you get store credit of up to 50% of the difference, depending on the change.
- If the order is late and you agree to extend the deadline, we recalculate the price at the nearest deadline option and refund or credit the difference, up to 20%.
- If the order is late and you ask for a lateness refund after downloading it, you get store credit only, up to 20%.
If you are unhappy with the quality, tell us within 72 hours of delivery and give specific reasons and examples. Our quality team reviews the complaint and may ask you for more evidence.
There is no refund for an order canceled after it is completed, when no request reaches us within 72 hours of completion, for a quality complaint without specifics, or for lateness caused by missing materials or by our being unable to reach you.
If we refund an order in full after the paper was delivered, or the payment is reversed, the rights in the paper stay with the Company and you may not use it.
Store credit given as compensation cannot be refunded to your card. It expires if it is not used within 365 days of the day it was added.
Your paper after delivery
Once your order is paid in full, you may use the delivered paper for your own study and research. We do not publish it or sell it to anyone else.
Privacy and emails from us
We handle your personal data as our Privacy Policy describes, and cookies as our cookie terms describe. Card data is processed by the payment processors, not by us.
We email you about your orders and your account. We may also send promotional emails with news and offers, and you can unsubscribe from those at any time.
Support
Support helps with anything about your order, before and after delivery. Reach it through the messages in your account, by email at support@essayontime.org, or through the other channels on our contact page.
The fine print
Liability
We deliver every paper as is, within the terms above. We are not responsible for your grades or for how you use the paper. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including grades, admissions and lost time.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, tell support first, in writing, within 30 days of the problem. Describe what happened and include any evidence you have, such as messages, files or screenshots. We acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and give you our decision within 30 days of receiving it, and we may ask for more details in between. If direct talks do not settle the matter, we may propose mediation by a neutral third party. What you send us about a dispute is kept confidential and used only to resolve it.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Any change is published on this page with a new “last updated” date, shown at the foot of the page, and applies to orders placed after that date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Company is registered. A dispute that cannot be settled as described above goes to the courts of competent jurisdiction there. We do not offer the service in every country. If you use it from outside our intended markets, you do so on your own initiative and must follow the law where you are.
Our other websites
The Company runs other websites and payment pages as well as this one. Your payment may be taken, and your order and account serviced, through one of them. These Terms apply to your order wherever it is serviced, and your login works there too.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy they link to, are the entire agreement between you and us. If we let one breach pass, that does not waive our rights over the next one. If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still stands.
